Curry Goat
Slow-braised goat melting off the bone in a deep golden curry gravy with a proper scotch bonnet kick. Served with rice and peas and coleslaw.
Jerk Chicken
Marinated for 24 hours in scotch bonnet, pimento and thyme, then char-grilled for that smoky island finish.
Brown Stew Chicken
Browned and slow-simmered in a silky dark gravy with carrots, onions and bell peppers. Served with rice and peas and veg.
Curry Chick Pea
Chick peas with carrot and potato in a rich curry sauce, served with fried dumpling. Our vegetarian favourite.
